Introducing the invisiFRAME Artist Series: an exclusive collaboration with creative riders, independent artists and illustrators, bringing bold, bespoke artwork directly to the trails and roads.
To kick off the series, we’re stoked to team up with Ollie Smither (@os.illustration). A fine-line illustrator who draws heavy inspiration from travel and the outdoors, Ollie is best known for his intricate custom tattoo designs. He also happens to love mountain biking and has helped shape this project from the beginning.
“Working with invisiFRAME on these three designs has been a great way to bring together my love of mountain biking, the outdoors and hand drawn illustration. Most of my work is inspired by things I enjoy doing myself, so I wanted each design to have its own story and connection to riding.
"The first design (Trail) is based on a bike I drew a while back, filled with little outdoorsy details, bike related symbols and scenes. I love creating illustrations like this, where there’s lots going on and you can keep spotting new things.
"The second (Contour) takes inspiration from trail lines and topographic maps, using the shapes and patterns of the landscape to represent the terrain we ride through. I’ve always loved how maps capture the mountains, valleys and trails that make exploring on a bike so special.
"The final design (Lap of Dreams) comes from my own time mountain biking in the Alps. Riding through those huge mountain landscapes and following trails through incredible scenery is something that really sticks with you, and I wanted to bring a bit of that feeling into the illustration.
"As with all my work, everything starts with a sketch and is drawn by hand. I wanted these designs to feel personal, with plenty of detail and a genuine connection to the outdoors and the adventures that inspire me. It’s been great working with invisiFRAME to bring them to life.”

Each invisiFRAME Frame Art decal kit is printed on automotive-grade Avery Dennison clear film which has discrete edges and is highly puncture resistant. The decals are engineered to withstand direct sun, rough weather, and regular bike washes without fading, shrinking, or peeling at the edges.
